We are located in Northern California, which is where our orders ship from. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within 1-5 business days of payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
*Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales i.e. Black Friday or holiday sales.
Note: We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
Please note we are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS or UPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office or UPS and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We cannot replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but please be aware this can happen.
If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order and we will invoice you the small fee so you can ensure your package gets delivered safely.
*You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking info to update.
*Please exclude processing time when calculating your package date of arrival. Delivery time begins after your tracking information is received.
*We do not manually input shipping addresses they are exported from one database to another. Please ensure your shipping address is correct upon receiving your order confirmation email. Once an order is shipped you must contact the courier to resolve any address issues.
*If an error is made please email Carbon within 5 hours of confirmation email as once we process orders for shipment no changes can be made.
'NIS' - NOT IN STOCK -If an item is out of stock it is immediately refunded. If you receive a partial shipment the item missing in your order is refunded at the time of shipment. An email is sent out when an item is refunded.
Please allow a standard 3-10 Business Days to see the refund post to your bank account.
