Return Policy

Thank you for your shopping with us at Carbon- A Tags Boutique. Please read all policies before purchasing. We pride ourselves in doing all we can to hope you love your item(s) however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item to us within 7 days of receipt provided the item(s) are in original new condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact.

Carbon Tags Boutique does not offer refunds, however, we will offer an exchange or store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Please ensure that you send the all return packages with a traceable, insured service that provides you with a proof of postage/tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Store Credit can only be used online at our website:
Store Credit is Non-Transferrable.
Store Credit will be processed within 24-72 hours of receipt of the item.
Maintain track of your return parcel.
Maintaing track of status is the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit does not expire.
Store Credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the same email at checkout as on your original order.


If items purchased are undeliverable to you by the postal/courier services these orders will be held for a period of time (based on the service provider) for you to collect. If the uncollected item exceeds the hold limit they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost and returned to inventory. You will receive a notification via email once processed.

By completing a purchase with our boutique you are agreeing to our full return policy.
